ACCLIMATIZATION SOCIETY OF VICTORIA, in bronze (58mm) by J.S & A.B Wyon sc 1868 T.Landseer A.R.A. Adj in exergue (C.1868/3), inscribed on edge 'Presented to Messrs Robertson & Wagner July 1878'. With case of issue, edge bruise on obverse, otherwise good extremely fine.
Robertson & Wagner, 35 Bourke Street East, Melbourne, the proprietors of Cobb & Co Coaches, assisted the Acclimatization Society with the transporting of animals.
