Neil Neilson, labourer, age 21, born at Portland, Vic; Enl.15Jul1915; Emb.16Oct1915; MIA 11Apr1917; captured at Reincourt near the Hindenburg Line during the Battle of Arras in France and reported WIA and POW 15Apr1917; interned at Barracks Z.3605 Soltau Province, Hanover, Germany; 02Aug1918 transferred to Minden Block 6, Westphalia; 13Oct1918 transferred to internment camp in Holland; repatriated as POW and arrived at Ripon, UK 22Nov1918; RTA 05Mar1919; Disemb.25Apr1919; Disch.17Jun1919.
