BATAVIA EXHIBITION OF PLANTS AND ANIMALS, undated (c1870s), in bronze (40mm), by VDK (David van der Kellen), obverse, female allegory holding wreath in right hand and a cornucopia in the other arm with rural setting behind and a train in the distance, reverse with name in Dutch, 'Tentoonstelling/Planten En Dierentuin/Te/Batavia' (Exhibition of Plants and Animals to Batavia). Minor edge bump and a few small edge nicks, otherwise nearly uncirculated.
