MALAY PENINSULA, most probably from Perak, tin figurative coinage of the 14 - 18th century or later with tin coins includes in the designs as cast in moulds; Malaysia, primitive tin conical ingot casts items for use as money (3), probably Malacca or Pahang Sultanate, from the 13th to 19th century, in the shape of half a large ball, (66.69, 46.71, 62.54 g, 47.17), av.45mm diameter and av.15mm high, this version is quite relatively common, (cf.Mitchiner 3069-3071); small collection of pottery kidney shaped bullet money (4) stamped with various characters, (cf. Mitchiner 2084 ff). Nearly fine and rare with lines of tin used in the casting, tin ingots and pottery pieces very fine. (12)
