WILLIAM AND MARY, Official Coronation medal, 1689, in silver (36mm) by J.Roettiers, (MI 662/25, Eimer 312a), obverse, conjoined draped busts of William and Mary, reverse, Jove hurling thunder at Phaeton falling from his chariot, the earth in flames. Toned, very fine.
