ANCIENT INDIA, copper coins mostly a few in silver of the Kushans and their contemporaries, a wide range of issues many coming from one or several hoards with a number needing conservation, they include the following Mitchiner (The Ancient & Classical World) numbers; 1688 (2), 1730 (4), 2044-7 (3), 2149 (2), 2526, 2861, 2897 (3), 2964 (2), 2985 (9), 3036 (2), 3082 (2), 3090, 3106 (2, one illustrated), 3108 (3, one illustrated), 3147 (2), 3202, 3291 (5), 3322-3 (2), 3423, others not described (19). Poor - very fine, several with oxidation and hoard patination. (approx 66)
