MN. CORDIUS RUFUS, (46 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.95 g), obv. diademed head of Venus to right, RVFVS S[C] behind, rev. Cupid on dolphin to right, riding with bridle, MN CORDIVS below, (S.442, Cr.463/3, Syd.977, RSC Cordia 3). Toned, off centred on the reverse, otherwise nearly extremely fine and very scarce.
