DOMITIAN, (A.D. 81-96), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 88, (3.48 g), obv. laureate head of Domitian to right, around IMP CAES DOMIT AVG GERM P M TR P VII, rev. around IMP XIIII COS XIII CENS P P P, Minerva standing to left, holding javelin and thunderbolt, (cf.S.2732, RIC 580, RSC 234). Toned, extremely fine.
