Jupiter in quadriga to right, M.SILA below, ROMA in exergue, (S.162, Cr.285/2, Syd.535, RSC Curtia 2); L. Calpurnius Piso Frugi, (90 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.95 g), obv. Apollo laureate head to right, ox-head symbol behind, rev. naked horseman galloping to right holding palm, L.PISO FRVGI, uncertain below, (S.235, Cr.340/1, RSC Calpurnia 11). First very fine, second with surface marks, otherwise nearly very fine. (2)
