LUCRETIUS TRIO, (76 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.928 grams), obv. laureate head of Neptune to right, trident over shoulder II behind, rev. winged boy (deified Palaemon) riding on back of dolphin to right, L LVCRETI/TRI[O] below, (S.322 [£80 VF], Cr.390/2, Syd.784, B.Lucretia 3). Very fine and very scarce.
