(PORT PHILLIP), Kangaroo Office (38mm) restrike in brass in a collar, plain edge, by W.J.Taylor, coinage die axis or 180 degrees, prominent die cud at 4 o'clock on the reverse, probably struck in mid 1970s. Carbon spotted areas, otherwise uncirculated or as struck and extremely rare.
