HENRY III, (1216-1272), sterling silver imitation penny, long cross issue, imitating class 5c, (1.12 g), issued post 1250, copying possibly a Nicole of London penny, obv. hE-ICVS REX III', rev. HIE/ONh/II-I/VIIE, (cf.S.1369, BNJ 1966 (p.90) J.J. North No.81, Pl.7 [This Coin], Westfalische Auktion lot No.84 [This Coin]). Toned, nearly very fine and rare.
