HENRY VIII, (1509-1547), 'Sovereign' type coinage, silver penny, Bishop Tunstall, C D either side of shield, Durham Mint, mm. star, issued from 1530, (0.65 g), (S.2354, N.1813). Dark grey patination, nearly extremely fine with attractive appearance.
