CHARLES I, (1625-1649), Newark besieged, silver halfcrown, 1645, obv. large crown between CR, below XXX, rev. OBS/NEWARK 1645, (14.09 g), (S.3140, N.2638). Toned, nearly extremely fine from the same dies as the Spink, Coins of England (p321).
