ITALY, Calabria, Tarentum, (c.480-470 B.C.), silver nomos (8.06 g), obv. Taras on dolphin left, scallop shell below, around retrograde T APA**S*, rev. wheel with four spokes within circular incuse, (S.223, Fischer-Bossert 86 (dies V44, R58) = Vlasto 84, SNG Fitz. 227, HN Italy 833. Fine, scarce.
