HADRIAN, (A.D. 117-138), AE sestertius, Rome mint, issued 134-8, (28.82 g), obv. laureate bust to right draped of Hadrian, around HADRIANVS AVG COS III PP, rev. around FEL[ICI]TAS AVG, S C across, Felicitas standing to left, holding cornuicopia and caduceus, (cf.S.3623, RIC 748, Banti 317). Dark green patina, light smoothing, otherwise nearly very fine and scarce.
