Estimate $300
Bid at live.noble.com.au
SOLD $250

QUEEN'S SOUTH AFRICA MEDAL 1899, (type 3 reverse), - five clasps - Cape Colony, Orange Free State, Transvaal, South Africa 1901, South Africa 1902. 22930 Tpr: A.P.Zicaliotti. (see below) S.A. Lt Horse. Impressed. Hairlines, otherwise good very fine.

Recorded as 22930 Trooper A.Zicaliatti on roll of South African Light Horse; Disch.21Dec1901 time expired. The handwritten roll clearly shows the name as Zicaliatti. However, the handwritten entry may be incorrect as the name Zicaliotti seems to be the more normal spelling for this name.

Estimate / sale price does not include buyer's premium (currently 22% including GST) which is added to hammer price. All bids are executed on the understanding that the Terms & Conditions of sale have been read and accepted. For information on grading and estimates please refer to the Buying at Auction advice.
