DOCUMENT IN LATIN, c1670s, profusely illustrated across the top with Royal crest and various other decoration, written on parchment in Latin (not translated) with red ruled lines from top to bottom, no wax seals. Heavily age toned, otherwise very good with impressive illustrations.
