THRACE, kings of, Seuthes III, (c.323-316 B.C.), AE 16, (3.53 g), obv. laureate head of Zeus to right, rev. horseman to right, star below raised foreleg, **SEUQOU*, (S.1725, Youroukova 76, Peter p. 182, 4 var. (star below belly), SNG BM Black Sea 319 var. (altar below belly), SNG Stancomb 294 var. (star below belly), HGC 3, 1713). Good very fine, glossy brown patina, light roughness, scarce.
