EGYPT, Kingdom of, Ptolemy VIII Euergetes II Physcon, second reign, (145-116 B.C.), AE 43 (40.10 g), Cyrene mint, obv. diademed head of Zeus-Ammon to right, rev. eagle standing right on thunderbolt, **F* before, around **EUERGETOU BASILEWS PTOLEMAIOU*, (S.-, Sv.1641, Weiser -; SNG Cop.651). Fine, brown patina with some green, minor roughness on reverse and rare.
