Medal attributed to Miss Olive Lamb.
Together with a letter from Lancashire County Council to Miss Lamb congratulating her on the award of the Silver Jubilee Medal and her significant contribution over the years to the quality of the Education Service in Lancashire. Also an invitation made out to Miss Lamb to attend the 'Presentation of Gold Standard Awards by HRH The Duke of Edinburgh', at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday 5th June 1979.
