SPAIN, Celti-Iberian, Jaen Province, Castulo, (late 2nd century B.C.), AE 28, (13.76 g), obv. male head to right with diadem, hand before, dotted circle, rev. Sphinx to right, star to right, traces of "Kastulo" in exergue, (S.15 (Greek Imperial, no hand), SNG BMC 2, 1323-1337, SNG Cop.212, CNH 335/38, ACIP 2143). Very fine portrait, weak in areas, very scarce.
