CITY OF SOUTH MELBOURNE PROCLAIMED, 1883, in silver (38mm) (C.1883/9), by Stokes & Martin, edge naming removed and prize award details removed from top and bottom field on reverse. Brooch fitting removed from obverse, small edge bumps, otherwise toned very fine and scarce.
