1831 PROOF MAUNDY SET, William IV, 1830-37. S-3840; ESC-2548; Davies-420. Fourpence to Penny in Silver (4 coins). 4d - PR 67; 3d - PR 65; 2d - PR66 and 1d - PR65. PCGS encapsulated, and WINGS stickered. Reverse - Crowned numeral with central date split on either side. This plain design is within a wreath formed solely by oak branches tied with a ribbon below. Deep toning, uneven on first two, brilliant FDC and rare. (4)
