COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA, War Savings Certificate, World War II, Seven Year Series, large size, ten pounds, N 897118, issued 1 Aug 1944 at The State Savings Bank of Victoria payable 1 August 1951, with printed signature of S.G.McFarlane, Secretary to the Treasury (MVR WD3a). Some paper loss at top edge and some age toning and corner creases, otherwise very fine.
