M AVR CARINVS NOB CAES, radiate draped and cuirassed bust to right of Carinus, rev. around PRINCIPI IVVENT, Carinus in military attire holding standard and sceptre, KAE in exergue, (S.12303, RIC 158, C.103). On a very broad flan nearly extremely fine, scarce.
