BRITISH MADE WWI GERMAN IRON CROSS PROPAGANDA MEDAL, For Brave Deeds, Liar, cast in brass (42.5x43.5mm), with ring top suspension. Crude, otherwise very fine.

The British made this faux medal as a form of mockery of the large number of Iron Crosses awarded by Germany during WWI. (See also lot 4997)
