Bug. B.Mundy 1 Essex Reg 1329 (with partial correction) on first medal, Pte B.Mundy, Natal Rangers on second medal, B.Mundy Pte om third medal. First medal re-named, second medal impressed, third medal engraved.; (Son) Group of Four: Pacific Star; 1939-45 Star; War Medal 1939-45; Australia Service Medal 1939-45. VX 107049 F.G.Mundy. First and second medals engraved, third and fourth impressed. Fine - extremely fine.
Son: WO 1 Class Frederick George Mundy, butcher, born 25Jul1920 in Northcote, Vic; Enl.23Jul1942; Disch.27Feb1946.
Together with ribbon bars, Identity discs (2) to VX107049/Mundy/F G/CE on chain, Female Relative's badge with single star A245408, War Savings Certificates Voluntary Worker pin backed badge in gilt and enamel, St John Ambulance War Service badge with 'Australia' bar in gilt and enamel numbered 6126 on reverse, Rising Sun collar badge, 9ct gold fob chain with handcrafted masonic fob (8.5g), masonic teutonic cross tie pin.
