BOER WAR, post card with printed Natal halfpenny stamp, postmarked at Umhlali River, Natal Jy 2 1900 and another postmark at destination, Durban, Natal 2 Jy 1900, with short letter written on back; envelope addressed to London and at the top is written, 'Siege of Ladysmith/no stamps available', postmarked at Ladysmith, Natal Mr 1 1900, and another postmark at destination, London SL 28Mr 00, also a postmark on back, London. S.E Mr 26 00; photo cut from a magazine showing 'The Advance Guard of Buller's Army entering Ladysmith'. Very fine. (3)
