TIBERIUS, (A.D. 14-37), Celtic copy of silver denarius, Lugdunum mint type, issued A.D. 14-37, (3.678 grams), obv. laureate head of Tiberius to right, around barbarous version of TI CAESAR DIVI AVG F AVGVST[VS, rev. PO[NT]IF MAXIM, Livia seated to right, with vertical sceptre and branch, (cf.S.1763 [£375 EF], cf.RIC 30, cf.BMC 48). Crude style, barbarous legends, otherwise good fine and very rare.
