Pietas seated to left holding patera and resting left elbow on statuette, around C CAESAR DIVI AVG PRON AVG P M TR P IIII [P P], rev. garlanded hexastyle temple of Divus Augustus, Caligula before sacrificing with two attendants, DIVO AVG SC across, (S.1802, RIC 51, BMC 69, C.11). Dark tone with surface porosity, otherwise good fine and rare.
