N.S.W. Ambulance Board, Service star in sterling silver and enamel, with ribbon and pin-back suspender, reverse inscribed, 'Richard Thomas/Friend'. Toned, small uneven enamelled section near one corner of cross, otherwise nearly uncirculated.
