SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria, Antiochia ad Orontem (Antioch), Domitian (A.D. 81-96), silver tetradrachm, (14.940 grams), issued year 2 = 82-3, obv. laureate head of Domitian to right, wearing archaic aegis, around legend AYTOK KAI**SAR DOMITIANOS SEB*, rev. eagle standing facing, wings spread, head to right, tail to left, standing on thunderbolt, palm branch to right, around **ETOUS* NEOY IEPOY B, (cf.S.871, Prieur 143 [notes 16 examples known]). Good very fine/very fine and scarce.
