James Ernest Creen, salesman, age 44, born at Dundas, Colraine, Vic; Enl.16Jul1915 at Geelong, Vic; Emb.18Feb1916 for Middle East; TOS 29Bn 01Apr1916 and to duty Suez Canal Defences; to France 16Jun1916; various charges for AWL and being drunk and urinating in billet; in part of Fromelles ops as well as Armentieres; sick with mumps 20May1917; to AAOC 16Jul1917; RTA 21Dec1917 with rheumatism and frost bite; Disch.16Mar1918 Medically Unfit; Died 15May1944.
