POMAHAKA RIVER, uniface, struck in silver (28mm), by W.J.D., hallmark for Birmingham 1925, reverse inscribed '2nd Prize/Pomahaka River/J.Rhodes/1935'; O.A.S. (Otago Acclimatisation Society), hand engraved in silver (28x28mm), no maker, reverse inscribed 'Waipahi River/2nd/J.A.Rhodes/1946'. Both with ring top suspensions, extremely fine. (2)

The Otago Acclimatisation Society presented medals for all Otago Anglers' Association licence holders' competitions held on Waipahi River.
