PAPANUI DISTRICT, hand engraved stock medal in gold (9ct, 8.5g, 28x28mm), no maker, reverse inscribed 'The Great War/1914-18/Pvt.W.H.Whitworth/From/Papanui District/N.Z.', attached to a decorative cloth fob chain, with gold (9ct) regalia (tot wt of chain and medal 22.3g). Very fine.
