SASANIAN, Bahram II king, (A.D. 276-293), silver drachm (3.57 g), obv. Crowned bust right, rev. Fire altar with attendants, taurus symbol to left of flames, (Sellwood Type I p.91; SNS Schaaf Collection 133, Type I/2; Gobl type I/1). Extremely fine and very rare.
