USA, FIFTH INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE, Boston, Sept 24-28, 1912, struck in silver gilt and enamel (drop 26mm), by Shepard Mfg Co, Melrose, ring top, with ribbon and bar with 'New Zealand 7' in blue enamel, pin-back. Toned, good very fine and rare.
