THE LORD RUTHERFORD CENTENNIAL MEDAL, 1971, struck in silver (39mm), issued by The Royal Society of New Zealand and minted at The Franklin Mint (designed by James Berry) (M&P.1971/12 [unlisted in silver]); also, PNC issued by Nuphil Associates, Nelson, date stamped 1 Dec 1971, with (M&P.1971/12 (bright bronze)) inset, cover hand signed 'James Berry'. Toned, uncirculated, the first illustrated. (2)

Together with a 'Nu-Storycard' (Nu47) giving details of the issue.

Ex Leon G.Morel Collection, purchased privately in April 2010.
