GREAT BRITAIN, vellum Indenture, 1788, between Joseph Devey and Ralph Powsell for the sum of five shillings for a lease of a parcel of land at Bobbington, South Staffordshire, England, signed and sealed by Joseph Devey with witnesses, with affixed duty stamp for one shilling and six pence, also other Royal monogram stickers. Foxing, otherwise fine.
