HENRY IV, (1399-1413) or Henry V, (1413-1422), silver groat, light coinage type B1b, London Mint, pierced cross with pellet, (3.01 g), obv. crowned facing bust within tressure of arches, scowling bust, no quatrefoil, no fleurs above crown, legend around, saltire stops Lombardic Ns, rev. long cross voided dividing legend contained within two circles, trefoil of pellets in each angle, saltire stops, Lombardic Ns, additional saltires after TAS and DON, (S.1762, N.1386). Toned, fine and rare.
