MOESIA INFERIOR, Marcianopolis, Diadumenian, (A.D. 218), AE 18, (2.78 g), obv. Diadumenian bare headed bust to right, around legend M **OPELLI ANTWNINO*, rev. eagle standing facing with spread wings, MAPKIANO**POLITWN*, (cf.S.2985, Varbanov 1335 [p.150, R3]). Dark green patina, good very fine, and very rare.
