ANTONINUS PIUS, (A.D. 138-161), silver denarius, Rome Mint, issued 152, (3.52 g), obv. ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P XV, laureate head to right, rev. COS IIII, Annona standing left holding two corn ears and resting left hand on modius set on a prow, (cf.S.4068, BMC 809, RIC 204, RSC 288). Lightly toned, extremely fine.
