(AREA GROUP 14 - SOUTHLAND), 1914-15, handcrafted fob medal in silver with gold (28.5x31mm), hallmarked for Birmingham 1914 by maker, nearly illegible but appears to be HB&S (Herbert Bushell & Son Ltd, Birmingham), ring top suspension, obverse inscribed 'C.W. (C.Whitaker)/1914-15', reverse inscribed 'Group 14/Thomson Teams/Shooting Match/Waikiwi Coy'. Very fine.
