L.Webber was a member of the Cambridge Troop when he won the shooting competition for the Morgan Cup. The contest was between scouts from troops at Te Awamutu, Frankton, Cambridge and Hamilton. The contest was carried out with every care for the safety of the boys, with miniature rifles and small regulation targets being used, and the distance was 20 yards with 20 rounds each. L.Webber won with a score of 75, one better than the second place-getter.
