A.O.F. (Ancient Order of Foresters), handcrafted in gold (9ct, 7.82g, 30x28mm), no maker, ring top suspension, reverse inscribed 'Presented/to/P.C.R Bro.C.E.Hosking/by Court Manawatu/No/5655 A.O.F./1901'. Very fine.

This gold medal was presented to P.C.R. Bro. C.E.Hosking in recognition of past services rendered to the Court Manawatu A.O.F. On accepting the medal he stated that during his term he had initiated 48 members which was a record for the Court.
