POST AND TELEGRAPH GRAY MEMORIAL, fob medal, in gold (15ct, 8.50g, 26.5mm), no maker, scroll and ring top suspension, reverse inscribed 'Awarded/to/J.G.Rule/1910'. Small bump on reverse, otherwise very fine.

This medal was created in memory of the late Mr W.Gray, Secretary of Post and Telegraphs and awarded for the best suggestions in connection with post and telegraph services by any officer during the year. J.G.Rule was the mail room supervisor at Christchurch Post Office.
