RAVENSBOURNE SCHOOL, fob medal, hand engraved in silver and gold (31x33mm), by Stoneham (A.Stoneham, Dunedin & Wellington), ring top suspension, obverse inscribed 'AMcR' (see note), reverse inscribed 'Ravensbourne School/Cadets/First Prize/Mack Ross/1906'. Dent on obverse gold centre piece, otherwise fine.

^Presumably the school cadet's correct name is A. McRoss however on the medal's reverse he is named as Mack Ross.^ ^At the school break up in December 1906 Mack Ross received a special prize (Mr C.Baird's prize) for best shot in the school cadets.
