PRESENTATION SET, includes fork and knife with faux bone handle, spoon missing, also napkin ring, knife in Firth Stainless Sheffield, the rest in sterling silver hallmarked for Birmingham 1939, by maker 'AP&Co' (Arthur Price & Co Ltd), the napkin ring inscribed on one side 'Michael David/5.12.43' and on the other side 'From/Mr. & Mrs. Mansford/Mayor & Mayoress', housed in a leather covered, hinged-lid fitted storage case with a sterling silver plaque on the lid and this inscribed 'To/Michael David Stubbs/from/The Manawatu Women's/Patriotic Committee/5.12.43'. Very fine.
