E.C.Smith GM/On the occasion of his laying/the Foundation Stone/of the New Temple/of/Lodge Kororareka/No 304/at Russell/Aug 5th 1946'. Hairlines, otherwise good extremely fine.
Most Wor Bro E.C.Smith was the Grand Master of the Masonic Grand Lodge of New Zealand.
